VISION

The PLAY TO PERFORM program is specifically designed for athletes who have the desire, commitment and a deep love of the game and who want to further develop their knowledge and perfect their skills for game play!

THE PROGRAM

The program will be led by Lauren Henderson, SARA Mission Alumni. Lauren has won gold with Team Canada and with Edmonton WAM at nationals!

Over the course of 7 on-ice sessions, Lauren and her team of instructors will lead athletes through age and skill appropriate drills that will help athletes develop and improve their ringette IQ, learn how to read and react, and how to integrate the techniques learned into into their own training and game play!

There will be 3 groups, each with 20 skaters and 3 goalies. Each group will be led by Lauren Henderson, with 3 additional instructors assisting and 1 goalie instructor.

WHO

The program will be open to athletes who were registered in St. Albert Ringette Association in the 2023-2024 season in levels U10Step 3 - U19AA. 60 skaters and 9 goalies will be divided into groups based on age, previous level played, skill and availability. Goalies who register will be notified of their acceptance once registration closes. This will help to ensure they are properly match with skaters age and skill level. Full Refunds will be provided for goalies not accepted.

Please note there will be no friend and/or sibling requests.

If you did not play with St. Albert Ringette Association in the 2023-2024 season and you register your registration will be cancelled and you will be refunded. A $25.00 processing fee will be applied.

COST

$259.00 per athlete

No refunds will be issued for those who choose to cancel their registration.
