Dust Off Your Skates-Bring a Friend!

Is your player 8 years old or older?

Do they have friends who are interested in joining a new sport, but are worried that they're either too old to start, or not experienced enough to join? They're not!

Anyone, any gender, any age, and any experience level can join ringette and we would love to have them join SARA!

St. Albert Ringette is excited to announce our Dust Off Your Skates-Bring a Friend Skate happening on Sunday May 26th from 4pm-5pm at Troy Murray Arena.
This is a fantastic opportunity for players in the U10S2/3 to U16 levels to invite their friends out on the ice for a fun and casual introduction to ringette. There will be coaches on ice, but the focus will be on current players showing their friends what this fun and inclusive sport is all about!
Parents, for every new player that registers for the upcoming season (that your player invites/refers), your player will receive a $50 registration credit!
All attendees must pre-register using this link:

Ringette Albeta Is Working to Get Better

SARA firmly believes that every player at every level should have the best possible ringette experience. Ringette Alberta is in the process of meeting with the Board members of all local ringette associations across Alberta to get their feedback on proposed changes. Once this feedback has been incorporated, we will be sharing the details and hosting a series of meetings with players, coaches, and all others involved.

U19A Select brings home the GOLD!

By Anne Hanson 12/09/2018, 8:45am MST

St. Albert U19A ‘Select’ team returned from the Michelle Vandale “Spirit of Winter” Memorial Tournament on December 2nd with the pennant in their arms and gold around their necks.
Coach Frank, coach Erica, and coach Jason lead the team through 5-game tournament with a record of 4-1.  The only blemish was a disappointing 5-4 loss to Delta/Richmond in the round robin that helped the girls return with determination in the final to defeat Delta for gold.
The gold medal game saw St. Albert with 17 shots to Delta's 4 at half time with a score of 0-0. Two quick goals by Delta early in the second didn’t discourage but instead brought the girls focus for a come-from-behind 4-2 win!
    Congrats St. Albert Select!
