SARA AGM & Nominations
The SARA AGM is on May 22!
The SARA Annual General Meeting is coming up on Tuesday, May 22 from 7 - 9 p.m. in the Reliance Room at Servus Place.
In accordance with our Bylaws, Article 4.4.1, the following Executive positions are up for election at the AGM.
- Vice President – Open
- Secreatray - Open
- Registrar - Open
All Elected Director positions are open for nomination:
- Evaluations Director
- Sponsorship, Event, & Fundraising
- Ice Allocator
- Referee Allocator
- Development Director
The nominating committee asks if you see a position you are interested in or know someone who would fulfill the elected volunteer role, to fill out the nominations form.
The nomination form can be downloaded, filled out and sent to the Secretary at secretary@stalbertringette.com
All nominations should be sent to the Secretary before or on May 8, 2018. The committee will also receive nominations from ‘the floor’ following a call for nominations by the Chairperson at the AGM.
