Over the past few months the SARA board has been meeting frequently in an effort to determine the best way to close out the 2019/2020 season so that we can turn our focus to planning for the
2020/2021 season.

At this time I am pleased to announce that the 2020/2021 St. Albert Ringette Annual General Meeting will be held via Zoom on July 22nd at 7:00pm. 

In order to ensure that only members in good standing with SARA are able to vote during the meeting, attendance will be limited to SARA members from the 2019/2020 season. To facilitate this requirement PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED on our before Sunday, July 19, 2020.  Registration requests will be validated against the 2019/2020 registration system.  Each guardian of players under 18 are allowed to attend and vote, but must do so from separate devices with separate email addresses.  Players and non-parent coaches over the age of 18 are also eligible to register and vote at the AGM.  Please click the following link to register for the AGM, you will receive a confirmation email and individual meeting join link, once your name and email address has been validated against the registration system from the 2019/2020 season registrations.

As usual the AGM will provide our members with an overview of the work that was taken on by the SARA board in the previous season.

While there are still many unknowns when it comes to planning for 2020/2021, the SARA board is committed to working hard to ensure that your child's return to play is safe for everyone in our community. 

One thing is for sure, we will need the help of our members to join our volunteer board, in order to make the next season a successful one.  Please consider submitted the nomination form linked below for yourself, or another great member of our association, and help SARA prepare a strong return to play plan. Nominations are due no later than July 10, 2020.
